Established in 2017 at Kolkata, West Bengal, the university is made on Jasso Crest of the school defender Francis Xavier’s family. The university is proud to share those leading companies like Balmer Lawrie, Tractors India Limited, depository financial institution of India, United Bank of India, Press Trust of India, Friends 91.9 FM, the days of India, Coal India Limited, TATA Hospital, Hope Foundation recruited postgraduate students for internship. To encourage meritorious students and academic excellence, St Xavier’s University offers two scholarships on the idea of merit. Students whose parental income is a smaller amount than Rs 25,000 per month are eligible to use. These are mentioned below:

Built across 16 acres of land, The University has separate hostels for men and ladies namely “Tagore Residence for Boys” and “Mother Teresa Residence for Girls” respectively with the capacity of 300 each, food court, gym, indoor game facility, and a library.
